Corrigendum

                         This Authority had passed an Order on 5 January 2001 in case No.TAMP/76/99-KPT amending the Scale of Rates of the KPT relating to levy of storage / rental charges on cargoes lying inside the Port for more than 60 days.  This Order was notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 29 January 2001 vide Gazette No. 18.

2.                     There is a typographical error in column 2 of the heading of paragraph 8 (A) and (B).  In the second column of the heading the words ‘per month or part thereof’ were inadvertently omitted.  The second column of the heading of (A) and (B) of paragraph 8 of the Order is, therefore, deleted and substituted by the following:

            “Rate per 10 sq. mtr. or part thereof per month or part thereof”
